The Contiki European Encounter
On our way to Lyon, we stopped at a perfumery (it smelled like annoying French perfume). Then we made a lunch stop in Avignon and I explored the palace of the popes and the garden and had an authentic McDonalds lunch before hopping back on the bus. In Lyon, we set out to find mussels, the seafood specialty to die for! And we found it: wine, a pot of mussels, and a belgian waffle for dessert for under $20! I love the american dollar.
